Evangelist Mark Stewart grew up at Christian and Missionary Alliance Church in Ravenna. As a young adult he began to attend HIS Ministry in Aurora, Ohio and was active in the choir and orchestra. He attended theology school and earned his Undergraduate Degree from Oral Roberts University. From 1981 to 2000 he attended Ravenna Assembly of God. Being called by God to use his gifts he became the head of the Intercessory Prayer Warriers. He also worked with the Royal Rangers as a Commander. He was then promoted to Sr. Commander and went on to be the Akron Sectional Commander, and District Staff in charge of Winter Camp and Jr. Leadership Training Trails.
Being sent on a mission by God to help others, he came to Faith Deliverance Mission (now New Life Faith Ministries) in June of 2000. Here he serves as our resident Evangelist, he is on the Leadership Board, teaches Sunday School, and is still involved with Intercessory Prayer Warriers. He guides members of the congregations with a kind, firm hand. He welcomes all who enters the doors with a smile. He is always enriching our congregation with life changing book suggestions like "Let Prayer Change Your Life" by Becky Tarribassi, :The Bondage Breaker" by Dr. Neil T. Anderson, or " Spiritual Authority" by Watchman Nee. He is always encouraging his fellow church members to strive for greatness not just spiritually, but naturally. He stresses the importance of daily converstions and building your relationship with Christ through the Word, Prayer, and daily supplication.
