Pastor Arthur Perry, Co-Founder and pastor of New Life Faith Ministries (formerly known as
Faith Deliverance Mission) has been in the McElrath location since 1991. God has given him a mandate
to raise up leaders for service in the Kingdom of God and qualify them to be willing workers in the community.
Pastor Arthur became a faithful member of Winfield Church of God in Christ in 1974, where he served as a
Deacon for many years. He received his call to ministry under the leadership of
Pastor Willie J. Evans. Pastor Arthur served his community by attending to the needs of the youth, by developing their self-esteem, character, and Godly values.
He later joined the body of believers at Prayer Temple Church of God in Christ, under the Pastorate of Superintendent Elder James Boyd Jr. They remained with the Church of God in Christ organization and founded Faith Deliverance Mission in 1991. In 2003, they left the C.O.G.I.C. organization and founded New Life Faith Ministries International, a non-denominational worldwide ministry. New Life Faith Ministries is currently developing men and women of influence and integrity to reach the nations.
"And the Lord answered me, and said. Write the vision and engrave it so plainly upon the tablets that every one who passes may be able to read (it quickly) as
he hastens by. For the vision is yet for an appointed time. And it hastens to end (fulfillment); it will not deceive or disappoint. Though it tarry, wait (earnestly)
for it; because it will surely come it will not be behind; and on it's appointed day."
